Is just that the people who play with the sound driver or the multimedia apps usually hang out on that list --- that is when you can get them away from "fxtv" -- TV app for FreeBSD. Which version of vat are you using, sound card brand/model, output of dmesg, section of your kernel config related to the sound driver config, and the output of "cat /dev/sndstat". Cheers, Amancio
