This will give you the latest 8.0 release + desired patch level (critical security patches). This is almost certain what you want to be running before going to production status. I mean, you could use RELENG_8_0_RELEASE I suppose, but then the cvsup would be without merit. Dont use a tag with the ports supfile. ~BAS
