under 2.2.6, things were good with
apache, squid, and lynx/netscape.

under 2.2.7, my no_proxy configurations
fail to work. i usr apache 1.2.6, squid 1.2.22.

in my lynx and netscape configs,
i use no_proxy:http://localhost:80/, etc.

but everytime i try "lynx localhost",
lynx fetches a page from my remote server,
instead of my client machines apache server.

if i get rid of the proxy configs in the browsers,
(http_proxy:http://192.168.0.0:3128/)
all is well. i am at a loss. these are the same
configurations that worked fine with 2.2.6.
