I am also missing the 'Mail' directory from the RELENG_2_2-stable root
partition which is NOT available to the RELENG_3-stable system.

There is a very good chance that this is related to luigi's change,
which is the only new item that went into the RELENG_2_2-stable
kernel recompile today.  Extreme appologies in advance if I am wrong,
but I would look there first!
