I think breaking it down by service rather than country is probably a good idea. I.e., The following user groups offer free webspace for FreeBSD related projects. .... The following user groups offer @xx.freebsd.org e-mail addresses for people working on FreeBSD related projects. .... The following user groups can offer a CVS repository to people working on FreeBSD related projects. .... and so on.
