kdebuild.txt shows that "kdecore" was found, which is part of kdelibs.
pkg.txt shows no kdelibs.
I'd guess that removal of a previous version of kdelibs didn't succeed.
cd /usr/ports/x11/kdelibs3
make
make install
(if make install fails, try "make deinstall; make reinstall")
After that, portupgrade _should_ work properly
