does not give any output in xev. Fn or other keys do.=20

What I find strange is the combination still works - unless intelkms (vt) is
loaded or X. And once it stops, it affects only brightness (that is Fn + Pg=
UP
works).

$ /usr/bin/backlight - and
$ /usr/bin/backlight + still work in X - albeit they are missing fine
granularity of Fn + home/End (that is '-' gives black screen in two steps a=
nd
'+' is very bright in one).
