I haven't made any edits to /etc/make.conf or changed any other settings. Expected it to work "out of the box" but for some reason it doesn't. Am I correct in assuming that the 7447 came as a result of the kernel reading the PVR at some point? Or is this due to the gmp port's own attempt to get the processor version in config.guess? How can I confirm which of 7447 or 7450 is correct? -- charlie
