        When buildinig BitchX from the ports with TCL enabled (WITH_TCL=yes),
        the port fails to compile because the binary object included in
        files/tcl-freebsd.o.uu references ltoa(), a function that does not
        exist in BitchX 1.0c18 source.

>How-To-Repeat:
	
	Compile BitchX with 'make WITH_TCL=yes'.

>Fix:

        Dunno yet, I'll check the BitchX site for a newer tcl-freebsd.o.uu
        module.  I'd prefer that method instead of patching BitchX sources.
