FreeBSD xxx.diamondbox.dk 7.2-RELEASE FreeBSD 7.2-RELEASE #10: Mon May 4 00:12:16 CEST 2009
>Description:
After opening a few Gnome applications while running the Opera browser, all the sudden no Gnome applications are able to create their windows. After closing Opera, all pending applications continue and pop up their windows. I seem to remember this issue appearing around the move to the new Xorg.
>How-To-Repeat:
Run Opera and open various Gnome applications until none of them open windows.
>Fix:
Close and reopen Opera.
