I've been running a modified version of the Linux 'burnit' script, that 
compiles the kernel over and over and over... It uses a '-j4' argument to 
make, to be sure the processor usage is kept high (mine ran between about 2.5 
and 3.5, depending on exactly where it was in the loop, and what else was 
going on...)
