I'm not sure what series adapter it is but it has a 1991 = copyright date on it and it looks like revision H. the chipset is AMD = N80188-10 and bustek 80c20. There is also two eproms on it. One is = 5000005-3.22 bustek and the other is 5000006-4.42 bustek. Any = information on this would be very helpful. Thank you.
