Hello, I've noticed that at some point during the 2.x live of the cups packages, o= nly avahi support was kept when the project also allow to use mdnsresponder for printer detection. Here is a patch to reintroduce this support in print/cups. Portlint a bit angry with other aspects of the port, but i'd rather not tou= ch these now: print/cups# portlint=20 WARN: Makefile: [20]: USE_* seen before USES. According to the porters-handbook, USES must appear first. FATAL: Makefile: license specified is GPLv2 LGPL20, but LICENSE_FILE specif= ied is for GPLv2. WARN: Makefile: "USES" has to appear earlier. WARN: /usr/ports/print/cups/files/patch-cups_ipp.c: patch was not generated using ``make makepatch''. It is recommended to use ``make makepatch'' when= you need to [re-]generate a patch to ensure proper patch format. 1 fatal error and 3 warnings found. checkplist is happy: print/cups# make check-plist =3D=3D=3D=3D> Checking for pkg-plist issues (check-plist) =3D=3D=3D> Parsing plist =3D=3D=3D> Checking for items in STAGEDIR missing from pkg-plist =3D=3D=3D> Checking for items in pkg-plist which are not in STAGEDIR =3D=3D=3D> No pkg-plist issues found (check-plist) Thanks! --=20 You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.=
