Works with anything in the *nix world.
Although BSD and FreeBSD have been
around for longer than most things and
have a lot of work done on them.
This is a big point in favour of FreeBSD.

I like that some people, perhaps sometimes
myself have got up every morning, eh...afternoon
and wondered about system internals and how
they could be made better.  Very few people
in the Microsoft .
