There's nothing of particular value in it. It contains a quick blurb =
about how to port unrar to a new platform or compile it under windows, =
and (incomplete and selected) bits of the license, which sunpoet's =
previous commit handled using the LICENSE framework.

Alexey is right, the reason for not installing readme.txt wasn't obvious =
from the commit message, but the decision not to install it was good.
