Synopsis: New port irc/kvirc, KVIrc 3.0.0

State-Changed-Why:
Do you know if there will be any new releases of kvirc any time soon?
There seem to have been a fair number of changes since 3.0.0b2, but it's
not clear if they plan to release something of a bit better quality.
Thus it seems there's really any point in adding this to ports. Comments?
