Okay, what about this:

mozilla-vendor --> 1.0.x
mozilla --> latest official release (1.1 now)
mozilla-devel --> latest pre-release (1.2a now)

Thoughts (Joe K?)?  Who wants to see this?  Should it happen before
4.7-REL?  I just want to be done with this whole thing, but I want to
make sure that if we make the change, it will stick, and will sound
reasonable to the majority.
