I'm having hard times trying to set-up a sample configuration with a unique
computer (acting as server and client).

I have troubles with the remote access from the server to the client: the
bin client shell can't be accessed from the server root or bin.

Every time I use a amcheck (with access to localhost), it tells me that the
remote bin is not permitted to access.

I have created a dedicated .rhosts under the bin home place, but with no effect.

What are the exact steps that I should do in order to have the remote access
working?

I'm using FreeBSD 2.15 and Amanda 2.2.6.

Tonino
