BSDI 3.0 to FreeBSD 3.2-S moves were a perfect success, I also routinely move users from remaining BSDI 3.0 boxes to 3.3-STABLE by cut&pasting lines from master.passwd (how lazy can you be...). I've never had a complaint about someone being unable to use their passwd afterwards in either case. hth -ac -- ============================================================== Alex Charalabidis (AC8139) 5050 Poplar Ave, Ste 170 Systems Administrator Memphis, TN 38157 WebNet Memphis (901) 432 6000 ============================================================== To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
