Well, it's worth to mention that the issue is:
- Present on Python 3.9+, but also any PGO optimization of any software will
crash the compiler on arm64/aarch64.
- If port definitions would use "--enable-optimizations" configuration opti=
on -
it would affect 100% of the users.
