I booted up into single user mode ran clri on all three ( clri /dev/rwd0a 82 33 128) then fsck. fsck claimed that it had recovered the space. This worked on similar files elsewhere. But, when I re-booted they were still there. Can you guys tell me how to get rid of them? Thanks Kirk :)
