I've upgraded Cyrus IMAP to 1.6.22 which now depends on SASL but I
haven't been able to get it to work with SASL in anything except pwcheck
mode. Since that's what the previous version of Cyrus IMAP used anyway
then I decided it was ok to upgrade on that basis.

The new version provides mail sorting in the server so the upgrade has
significant benefits other than SASL support.
