The byte, chunk, and kb/s which were on 2.1.5R sysinstall progress screens were a nice feature since the percent updates in chunks. The percent shouldn't update until is is >halfway done with that chunk. 2.1.5R -> 2.1.6R "Upgrade", X-User dist doesn't install the 2.1.6 release files (/stand/sysinstall, etc).
