I have these installed presently: aspell-0.60_1 Spelling checker with better suggestion logic than ispell es-aspell-0.60_1 Aspell with Spanish dictionary gtkspell2-2.0.5_1 A GTK+ 2 spell checking component The configure says it finds pspell shared libraries so I'm at a loss as to what is going on. Here is the upgrade log: Script started on Mon Aug 30 11:53:24 2004 # portupgrade gtkspell2-2.0.5_1 ---> Upgrading 'gtkspell2-2.0.5_1' to 'gtkspell2-2.0.7' (textproc/gtkspell2) ---> Building '/usr/ports/textproc/gtkspell2' ===> Cleaning for atk-1.6.1 ===> Cleaning for libiconv-1.9.2_1 ===> Cleaning for gettext-0.13.1_1 ===> Cleaning for glib-2.4.6 ===> Cleaning for gmake-3.80_2 ===> Cleaning for imake-4.4.0 ===> Cleaning for libtool-1.3.5_2 ===> Cleaning for libtool-1.5.8 ===> Cleaning for pkgconfig-0.15.0_1 ===> Cleaning for jpeg-6b_3 ===> Cleaning for png-1.2.5_8 ===> Cleaning for tiff-3.6.1_1 ===> Cleaning for perl-5.8.5 ===> Cleaning for gnomehier-1.0_19 ===> Cleaning for hicolor-icon-theme-0.5 ===> Cleaning for shared-mime-info-0.14_4 ===> Cleaning for freetype2-2.1.7_3 ===> Cleaning for aspell-0.60_1 ===> Cleaning for expat-1.95.8 ===> Cleaning for intltool-0.31.2 ===> Cleaning for libxml2-2.6.12 ===> Cleaning for p5-XML-Parser-2.34_1 ===> Cleaning for XFree86-fontEncodings-4.4.0 ===> Cleaning for XFree86-fontScalable-4.4.0_1 ===> Cleaning for bitstream-vera-1.10 ===> Cleaning for fontconfig-2.2.3,1 ===> Cleaning for libXft-2.1.6 ===> Cleaning for gtk-2.4.9 ===> Cleaning for pango-1.4.1 ===> Cleaning for XFree86-clients-4.4.0_1 ===> Cleaning for XFree86-libraries-4.4.0 ===> Cleaning for xterm-196_1 ===> Cleaning for gtkspell2-2.0.7 ===> Extracting for gtkspell2-2.0.7 >> Checksum OK for gtkspell-2.0.7.tar.gz. ===> gtkspell2-2.0.7 depends on file: /usr/local/bin/perl5.8.5 - found ===> Patching for gtkspell2-2.0.7 ===> gtkspell2-2.0.7 depends on file: /usr/local/bin/perl5.8.5 - found ===> gtkspell2-2.0.7 depends on executable: gmake - found ===> gtkspell2-2.0.7 depends on file: /usr/local/bin/perl5.8.5 - found ===> gtkspell2-2.0.7 depends on file: /usr/local/bin/libtool15 - found ===> gtkspell2-2.0.7 depends on executable: pkg-config - found ===> gtkspell2-2.0.7 depends on file: /usr/local/bin/intltool-extract - found ===> gtkspell2-2.0.7 depends on shared library: pspell.16 - found ===> gtkspell2-2.0.7 depends on shared library: intl - found ===> gtkspell2-2.0.7 depends on shared library: X11.6 - found ===> gtkspell2-2.0.7 depends on shared library: glib-2.0.400 - found ===> gtkspell2-2.0.7 depends on shared library: atk-1.0.600 - found ===> gtkspell2-2.0.7 depends on shared library: pango-1.0.399 - found ===> gtkspell2-2.0.7 depends on shared library: gtk-x11-2.0.400 - found ===> Configuring for gtkspell2-2.0.7 checking for a BSD-compatible install... /usr/bin/install -c -o root -g wheel checking whether build environment is sane... yes checking for gawk... gawk checking whether gmake sets $(MAKE)... yes checking for style of include used by gmake... Please direct the output of the failure of the make command to a file, and then feed that file to the gnomelogalyzer, available from http://www.freebsd.org/gnome/gnomelogalyzer.sh, which will diagnose the problem and suggest a solution. If - and only if - the gnomelogalyzer cannot solve the problem, report the problem to the FreeBSD GNOME team at gnome@FreeBSD.org, and attach "/usr/ports/textproc/gtkspell2/work/gtkspell-2.0.7/config.log" and the output of the failure of the make command. Also, it might be a good idea to provide an overview of all packages installed on your system (e.g. an `ls /var/db/pkg`). *** Error code 1 Stop in /usr/ports/textproc/gtkspell2. ** Command failed [exit code 1]: /usr/bin/script -qa /tmp/portupgrade92175.0 make ** Fix the problem and try again. ** Listing the failed packages (*:skipped / !:failed) ! textproc/gtkspell2 (gtkspell2-2.0.5_1) (configure error) ---> Packages processed: 0 done, 0 ignored, 0 skipped and 1 failed # exit exit Script done on Mon Aug 30 11:54:02 2004 Have I missed something somewhere?
