--- Comment #5 from Meyser+bugs.freebsd.org@xenet.de ---
System History:

Odroid H2 / Samsung Evo Plus 256GB Nvme
Runing 12-Stable a long time

About 2-3 month ago we replaced Odroid H2 with H4 by moving disc.
2 week later wie updated to 13-Stable (13.3)

recently we moved to 14-Stable
during update we run a manual fsck and was ask=20
to enable clyinder checks an did so.

before that the system was runnig fine for 24/7
after that snapshot start to bomb out with softupdate enabled).

Every thing else works fine.=20

Putting disk back to old System everything works fine.

Putting new disk/fresh install new System with 13-Stable everything works f=
ine

Putting new disk/fresh install new System with 14-Stable snapshots with
softupdates bombs out.

No I/O Errors or similar logged at all.

All other systems we updated to 14-Stable do not show this problem,
but all are with none NVME disc.

I do not think this ist FS related.=20
This seems to be a hardware issue wich only shows up
on 14-stable with softupdate and during snapshot creation.

manufactors refence system (Ubuntu) shows no errors.

At the moment i seeking for a disc test to run.=20

Runing 13-Stable for about 2 month.
