Thank you for your offer.  I think you should contact Dmitry
Morozovsky, Taras Korenko, and pluknet (CC'ed) directly off-list as
they are now in charge of Russian documentation efforts.  You can read
more about the FreeBSD Documentation Project in the Project's Primer
[1].
