I think you have it exactly backwards. With a commercial OS you can simply pay and leave your brain at home, complaining to tech support if something is hard to understand. With a free OS, you need to be willing to do more of your own research before yelling "Hey, this is broken, why didn't anyone DOCUMENT this!!!" like you did. Jordan
