https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3D270033 Bug ID: 270033 Summary: graphics/drm-kmod HDMI audio slow motion on Intel Broadwell (HDMI/DP 8ch) Product: Ports & Packages Version: Latest Hardware: amd64 OS: Any Status: New Severity: Affects Some People Priority: --- Component: Individual Port(s) Assignee: x11@FreeBSD.org Reporter: n.diablo.n.f@list.ru Flags: maintainer-feedback?(x11@FreeBSD.org) Assignee: x11@FreeBSD.org Hello! I recently installed FreeBSD 13.1 on an HP ProBook 450 G2 laptop. Installed the latest version of the drm-kmod package. And I ran into a prob= lem: the sound through hdmi sounds slowed down by about half (the video also slo= ws down during playback). This behavior is independent of the sound source (ev= en cat /dev/urandom > /dev/dsp0.0 will be heard slowly). I studied the problem= and realized that it is rare, but sometimes it appears. In the Linux environmen= t, it skipped around 2016 and did not pop up after.
