The packet captured on both client and server.
During the last reproduce this issue, the client/server LRO/TSO with default
setting, I didn't change that.

Then I disabled the DSACK and SACK in the server side(freeBSD), the client =
was
a normal Centos VM. After disabled the DSACK and SACK I can't reproduce this
issue with more than 20 times test.
