Look at http://www.freshports.org/port-description.php3?port=6298. WITH_CSS worked upto 0.9.7 where I was able to playback encrypted DVD's. I must admit it's been awhile since I played around with plugins for xine. It was prior to 0.9.2 and never got anything working then.
