Our policy is not to remove broken and unmaintained ports right away, but to
mark them as such and reset maintainer. This way it'll apparent for users that
the port is non-functional and for potential maintainers that it needs
attention and is free for adoption. If it's still not fixed after some time,
the port will be eventually removed.
