This is a multi-part message in MIME format. ------=_NextPart_000_00B5_01BE7B72.1C8F63C0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Hello here, Thanks for your help on the sendmail issue (relying). I created the = hosts-allow file and now it works.=20 Today I noticed a problem with nslookup though. Eventhough the DNS seems = to be resovling names just fine,=20 when I run nslookup I get strange results. On nslookup, if I type #nslookup >cyber-planet.net.mx I get *** server1.cyber-planet.net.mx cannot find cyber-planet.net.mx*** But if I type >cyber-planet.net.mx. (with a trailing dot) It works just fine. That is, if I include the trailing dot when I do the = lookup, it works, otherwise it does not. Now if I type >set debug and do a=20 >cyber-planet.net.mx (no trailing dot) It first finds the name just fine, but looks like it tries a second = time, only this time =20 looking for cyber-planet.net.mx.cyber-planet.net.mx. and of course it = fails. Now if I type >set type=3Dany and do a=20 >cyber-planet.net.mx (no trailing dot) it works just fine. I checked for sintax errors on the PTR record but everything seems to be = ok. Any clues? Thanks for your input.
