how does one go about sending an ip with a dest of 255.255.255.255 out 1 or all interfaces ? i want: inet->255.255.255.255 && enet->ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff whatever it try it either sends something like 129.89.63.255 (netmasked) or if i set ipconfig ...... broadcast 255.255.255.255 it sends it to DIRECTLY to the default router enet addr!!!! (trust me, i sniffed it) is this broken, or is my understanding of it broken. eliminating the default route gives a 'no route to host' error. this seems to be important for DHCP or at least ms's implementation of it. thank you very much, mike hench hench@cae.uwm.edu
