This appears to be a matter of Java 3.1.1 didn't support FreeBSD/sparc64,
thus the packing breaks due to lack of java-related files.  Considering
that the Java 3.1.1 compiler isn't near as usable as the 3.3 one; we
should just remove the Java compiler from this port.
