The TRB@ has decided that there is (too) little value in delaying the removal of these two options from the system until march 1st as I had initially planned, so the timeline has been changed. Unless showstoppers are reported, I will remove the NODEVFS and NO_GEOM options from sys/conf on tuesday 28th january, and from this date they will no longer be considered options in FreeBSD -current. After some $deltaT, probably two weeks, I will remove the code which the removal of these options makes obsolete. -- Poul-Henning Kamp | UNIX since Zilog Zeus 3.20 phk@FreeBSD.ORG | TCP/IP since RFC 956 FreeBSD committer | BSD since 4.3-tahoe Never attribute to malice what can adequately be explained by incompetence.
