Are you booting from the CD or booting from floppies? Where did you get this CD and what is supposed to be on it? As for the graphics card, that is a XFree86 issue, not really FreeBSD. See, http://www.xfree86.org But IIRC, you'll at least be able to use it in SVGA mode. Not sure what you might be able to do as far as any special features of the card.
