I believe ?=3D might be better in (this) the parent port, allowing complete=
 (=3D)
or partial (+=3D) override in the slave port.

@Jov, please also obsolete old/outdated versions of any patches. You can do
this by Attachment -> Details -> Edit Details -> [x] Obsolete. You can also
obsolete older patches during the attachment of a new patch.
