The package (built on current) is in ~tg/teTeX-0.3.4.tgz on freefall, if Satoshi hasn't moved it over to the ftp area yet. If you don't need xtexsh (or whatever this is called, I never used it; it's supposed to be some kind of integrated development environment for TeX) you can ignore the dependency on tclX. tg
