Still, I think you should announce somewhere that beta software is being integrated into 4.0-STABLE, or that you are considering it. I don't know if there are any serious bugs in 8.2.3, but on ISC's pages they say "This is prerelease code and is not intended for production use". I can't find any posting on the -stable mailinglist mentioning anything like this. This might not be a serious problem, but to me it was very puzzling when I found out beta software which ISC discourages for production use was committed to 4.0. -- Morten A.
