https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=193947 Bug ID: 193947 Summary: [PATCH] Allow lang/gcc to build on armv6 Product: Ports Tree Version: Latest Hardware: Any OS: Any Status: Needs Triage Severity: Affects Only Me Priority: --- Component: Individual Port(s) Assignee: gerald@FreeBSD.org Reporter: Andrew@FreeBSD.org Assignee: gerald@FreeBSD.org Flags: maintainer-feedback?(gerald@FreeBSD.org) Created attachment 147691 --> https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/attachment.cgi?id=147691&action=edit Patch to allow the build on armv6 The attached patch allows me to build gcc 4.8 on armv6. I've tested patch-arm-support against lang/gcc48, but would expect it to also work with lang/gcc. Due to the time to build on hardware I'm still working on testing there. Arm prior to armv6 should be supported, but this has not been tested. Only FreeBSD 10 and later are supported as it builds for the ARM EABI. As armv6 was added to 10 this shouldn't be a problem, however it will if we also allow arm and armeb to be built. --- Comment #1 from Bugzilla Automation <bugzilla@FreeBSD.org> --- Auto-assigned to maintainer gerald@FreeBSD.org -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
