 * ports freeze.  Rather, I will lock up the tree sometime tonight (about
 * 12 hours from now) and lay down the RELEASE_3_5_0 tag.  Since the
 * release build will use the tag, there is no need to freeze the ports
 * tree, except for the duration of the tag operation.

Sorry, I had some network problems last night.  I'm going to work on
this now.
