 I don't think it's very easy to 'guess' when the text that matches the
 regexp "\<bin/[0-9]\>" can be turned to a link and when it shouldn't :(
 
 The query-pr web interface doesn't understand what the text means.
 
 I try to avoid this by writing "The PR #16990 ..." which is equivalent
 as far as gnats is concerned, since the category number doesn't really
 matter very much when searching for a particular PR number.
 
 The many different categories are more useful to organise PRs rather
 than query for or refer to them.  After all, a PR can change
 categories during its lifetime :)
