Dear Sir

I have a permanent connection to the internet but is not so efficient.. I figure that by 
downloading the distribution files and putting it into my FTP server, I could have a 
more efficient method of installation.
Can you specify which files do I need to do a local FTP install.

Or maybe can you suggest an alternative??
