Try blowing away /usr/obj. > > Kris already did more than once. To expand on this a bit, I tried doing some links in a context outside of make buildworld. Symbolic links do work across filesystems still but I continue to get errors when trying to make symbolic links across filesystems that are on different disks. I've contemplated sending in a PR for it, but I'll still entertain that something wierd (and fixable) is going on with my system in particular.
