Hi, I've did some work to get oKle working under FreeBSD but it just freezes instead of showing the pretty QT based interface shown at http://oKle.sourceforge.net/ oKle is a KDE frontend to the Ogle DVD player Environment: FreeBSD exxodus.fedaykin.here 4.6-STABLE FreeBSD 4.6-STABLE #0: Mon Jun 24 13:46:43 BRT 2002 root@exxodus.fedaykin.here:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/LIOUX i386 1) Install an updated version of ogle suited for working with oKle, use patch available at http://people.FreeBSD.org/~lioux/patch-ogle 2) Then, try gstreamer port at http://people.FreeBSD.org/~lioux/okle.tgz Just try running okle from command line. It will freeze, some console debug messages but nothing more. Any QT/KDE programming knowledgeable ppl to help? Do not need to be an expert, just somewhat better than a newbie. Anyone willing to try digging this one? If you install graphics/ogle-gui, you can verify that ogle works by typing ogle at command line. Anyone? Ideas?
