rse 1997/09/09 12:52:11 PDT ports/graphics/gfont - Imported sources Update of /home/ncvs/ports/graphics/gfont In directory freefall.freebsd.org:/c/rse/gfont Log Message: Import of a new program: gFONT (Graphics Font). This is a handy tool to create GIF images in batch(!) containing strings rendered via TeX-available fonts. This is especially useful for Webdesigners who need some special fonts which HTML does not provide. Actually the Website META Language (WML) [see www/wml/ port] has a powerful package named wml::des::gfont which is based uppon this program: it defines a new HTML container tag named <gfont> which gets replaced by a GIF image containg the tags body string, rendered via any TeX-available font. Very useful for headlines or big letters at the start of paragraphs. Status: Vendor Tag: RSE Release Tags: gfont_1_0_1 N ports/graphics/gfont/Makefile I ports/graphics/gfont/CVS N ports/graphics/gfont/files/md5 N ports/graphics/gfont/pkg/COMMENT N ports/graphics/gfont/pkg/DESCR N ports/graphics/gfont/pkg/MESSAGE N ports/graphics/gfont/pkg/PLIST No conflicts created by this import
