I had to disable HyperThreading from BIOS and after that everything works just fine: cpu0: on acpi0 acpi_perf0: on cpu0 p4tcc0: on cpu0 # sysctl dev.cpu dev.cpu.0.freq: 900 dev.cpu.0.freq_levels: 3200/88000 2800/75000 2450/65625 2400/63000 2100/55125 1800/47250 1500/39375 1200/31500 900/23625
