It had "- -" at the beginning of the line where it should be "-". After fixing that problem, I was able to apply and test it. It still fails poudriere testport. This is because the Makefile contained: I'm sorry. Poudriere testport still complains about %%ETCDIR%%rc and $$ETCDIR%%rc.sample -- but I believe these to be false positives.
