Message-ID: Organization: DLR Date: Thu, 25 Jul 1996 15:31:22 GMT gs4.01 and gs2.6.2 show different output when displaying a .ps file with the contents %!PS-Adobe-2.0 newpath 300 100 moveto 80 100 80 300 30 arcto 4 {pop} repeat stroke showpage gs2.6.2 shows an arc with a straight line, gs4.01 shows only the arc but no line. +----- This patch fixes also Problems, K. Steinberger had: "that solves a problem I had with Postscript files created with LateX and pstricks." +----- I made the same experiences, using gs-2.6.2 and 4.01 unpatched. After applying the patch everything is displayed fine using ghostview, gv and also when printing with the stcolor driver on a Stylus PRO. So I think this patch can be added without greater trouble. Please let me know, if this fix should break something. -andreas Originally-From: Friedrich Flender Approved-By: k2@physik.uni-muenchen.de (Klaus Steinberger)
