what's going on?

i've reinstalled apache13+ipv6 a thousand times.

when i browse localhost, i get a list of different `index.html.xx's. i enter one
of the files, and from there try to enter the documentation.

the file is not found, yet a:

Apache/2.0.39 Server at ninja Port 80

appears. why?! what have i done?

i used to run apache2 a while back, but removed it as i didn't want to take any
unnecessary chances.

thanks,

--janine
